What program can i make animation cartoons?
i want a free program were i can draw and animate things on the computer and put together to make a cartoon. i just want one program to draw, color, and animate so i can make a cartoon like the ones on tv or even a flash cartoon like happy tree freinds something of the quality that it could be on tv my goal is to be able to make my own anime show or anime short so i really need a good program.... please help me out someone?????.....

What are good colleges for psychology, animation, cartooning, or spanish for someone with a 3.2 gpa in HS?
I'm trying to figure out which schools would be best for me. So far, I've limited my possible majors down to Animation Cartooning Psychology Not a teacher, not a psychiatrist, using it do do experiments and figure things out Spanish Maybe using it as a translator or something Thanks I'd prefer any colleges within the US Maybe in Canada , and it'd be awesome if they were in the eastern half of the US, since that's where the majority of my friends and family are.

My top 5 are as follows 1 Mickey Mouse Gotta hand it to Disney 2 Daffy Duck Bugs Bunny WB also made some great toons 3 Simpson Family 20 years and still strong 4 Akira When I saw this I fell in love with anime 5 Tiny Toons Spielberg showed the world he could animate Strictly speaking these are mostly based off from a writing stand point. If it was animation I'd rank it like this 1 Fantasia2 Akira3 Toy Story4 Animatrix 5 Who framed Roger Rabbit.
